The Qase will protect against dirt, scratches and cosmetic defects to your AirPods case.
What is the best way to care for Qase?
We suggest washing the Qase with a warm water, soapy cloth.
When will a specific item be restocked?
Items restock monthly, however for certain products that we may be sold out of that you wish to receive quickly, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the product, and we will do our best to fulfill your order.
How can I make changes to my Qase order?
Please email us within 12 hours of your purchase at qase@xqcreative.. Be sure to send us a detailed email including your order number and the changes you would like adjusted to your order. The more information the better here, so we can get your Qase shipped to you as soon as possible!
Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?
The order confirmation email may fall into your Spams / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
What is the returns & exchange policy?
AFTER ACTIVATING YOUR TILE MATE YOU MAY NOT RETURN YOUR QASE.

Returns: You may return your item purchased on FindAirpods.com only within the first thirty (30) days from the date of shipment for a refund. On all orders, Domestic and International, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: International orders are available for refunds only, for US orders, we will exchange your product, however, customers are responsible for the shipping charges to return the package back to Qase and your replacement order will return back to you at no charge.
